Brake pads are certified as spare parts of matching quality according to regulation (EU) N. 461/2010 and they comply with ECE R90 type-approval, the only recognised international standard that can guarantee performance equivalent to the original.


SIX SAFETY LEVELS
  • UPPER POROUS LAYER: it helps the rapid adaptation to the brake disc.
  • FRICTION MATERIAL: composed of a mix of active, diluent, modifying and consolidating components which together give friction material the properties of hardness, elasticity and solidity.
  • The compound ensures respect for the environment thanks to the absence of asbestos and heavy metals.
  • GRIPPING LAYER: it keeps the bond stable and acts as a thermal insulator between the braking material and the metal support.
  • GLUE LAYER: it allows the gripping base and the metal support to be glued together.
  • METAL SUPPORT: with a steel plate which is able to distribute the force exerted by the piston evenly, maintaining the correct attachment and position of the pad.
  • ANTI-VIBRATION PLATE: designed in accordance with the characteristics required for original equipment, it reduces the vibrations produced by the braking system.

SCORCHING TRATMENT

Scorching treatment on the surface of the braking pad, industrial pre-run-in process that anticipates gas discharge and reduces the initial phenomenon of fading, for greater safety from the first time you brake.

SAFETY TESTED

Checking operations throughout all stages of production and bench and road tests to evaluate performance and noise.

ACCESSORIES

The brake pad range includes all accessories (springs, indicators, etc.) envisaged for original components.
